About me
Hi! This is the web page of the Spotsy Bukers. We live in Spotsylvania, Virginia USA. It is located 50 miles from Washington, DC and 50 miles from Richmond Va.My husband is of Scottish and Irish descent. I'm of Irish, English and Cherokee Indian heritage. We have four children, three girls and one boy. We grew up in the "hippie era". As a result of this we are involved somewhat in our local government. Drop back by and visit us!
What I'm interested in:
  • Music
    Some types of music we are interested in are rock, altenative, hip hop, jazz and blues.
  • Genealogy
    I try to spend time researching our families descendants. I lucked out with my fathers family. His family has researched theirs in depth. They are from England and have been traced back to 1440. Sir Walter Haliday grew to manhood during the War of the Roses. He was knighted by Edward IV and awarded a coat of arms for the battle of Tewkesbury. Their is much more to the story, but I think I've said enough for now.
  • Gardening
    I get into horticulture big time! I love to build things and this area allows you to leave lasting results.
